We gonna meditate for 15 minutes. We recommend you to seat and keep your best posture: head align with the spine! Take three calm breathing cycles while you try to bring all your attention to the present. With open eyes, lay down your gaze on any point in a 45 degrees angle. Put a smile on your mind. Try to focus just on your breathing. When the cycle of 15 minutes end you can put your hands together, a smile on your face and say "NamastĂȘ". At that moment feel grateful to give yourself this little moment. Have a nice practice!
